1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product.

  • You request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Note: Items such as undergarments, accessories, or clearance sale items are non-returnable.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Pictures of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer).

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
