Thank you for shopping with Styloxx. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return or request a refund or exchange under the following terms:
1. Return / Refund Window

You may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of the date on which you received your order

After 7 days, we will not accept returns or refund requests (unless the item is defective / damaged — see section 4).
2. Eligibility — What Items Can Be Returned / Exchanged
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase (order number, invoice or confirmation email) must be provided.

Items on sale / discounted might not be eligible for return or exchange (optional — adjust as per your store’s practice).
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, wrong or incomplete due to our error — you may contact us within [7] days of receipt. Once we confirm the problem (you may be asked for photos or other proof), we will:

Either replace the item with a new one, or

Provide a full refund (including original shipping cost, if applicable).
5. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us or within the return window. Include your order number and reason for return.

If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging — include tags, receipt, and any other original accessories.

Ship the item back to our return address (will be provided upon approval). Shipping cost for returns will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake (defective / wrong / damaged item).
6. Refunds / Exchanges / Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions, we will process your refund via the original payment method

Refund processing may take up to [15] business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Alternatively, you may choose to receive an exchange item (of the same price), or store credit (if available / acceptable).
